PowerWalk 3-4 miles along with Debra Mazda and other ShapelyGirls in this fitness program that will include cardio and strength training components as well as flexibility. Debra will teach you how to get fit, eat healthy and stay motivated.

Includes: Weigh-in once a week Review of your Food Diary once per week Group Time - an educational component to give you the skills that will make you more successful with the program. The goal is to help you to improve your eating and better understand your body. Different topics will be discussed each week related to helping you achieve success.
