<strong>Exercise</strong><br /><br />

After yesterday&#8217;s faux pas I was determined to have a really good
workout at the gym. I did 25 minutes on the bike which burned off
300kcal and then I did two circuits with the different weight
machines. I did two minutes intense rowing on the rowing machine. I
then did some core and ab work on the mat. I felt it!<br /><br />

Finished off with an hour&#8217;s worth of swimming (no stopping breast
stroke) I loved it.<br /><br />

I felt fantastic. Much much better than yesterday and no cravings what so ever.<br /><br />

<strong>Exercise</strong>

Today was the worst day of my journey so far. I succumbed to
pre-monthly time chocolate and cider fix.<br /><br />
I missed swimming because I was out all day with my son. No one could
decide what they wanted to eat hence the snacking
in the morning until mid-afternoon.<br /><br />
My water intake was terrible too.<br /><br />
I generally felt blah. However I this feeling helped because this
reminded me of how I felt 9 times out of ten before this
journey began.<br /><br />

Lots of walking and hard core cleaning. Some people won&#8217;t see that as exercise but honestly if you&#8217;re cleaning several high windows 
around your home that&#8217;s working up a sweat. I was exhausted!<br /><br />

<strong>Exercise</strong> <br />

I&#8217;ve lost another 2 lbs this week making my total loss 11lbs since I
started a month ago. I&#8217;m still going strong although I&#8217;m desperate to
find some new recipes. <br /> <br />
I&#8217;m also at a point where I&#8217;m not feeling like eating &#8211; which brings
into play that I have to actually eat so my body doesn&#8217;t hold onto the
fat (because it can go into starvation mode apparently). <br /><br />
It&#8217;s tough! I enjoy food but finding having to eat at certain times a
pain and inconvenience when I really want to get on with other things.
I wasn&#8217;t expecting that. <br /><br />

My exercise for today was 2 circuits of weight training (where I upped
my arm weights) and 15 minutes on the bike with 1 hour swimming. I
can&#8217;t get enough of swimming right now. I&#8217;m really loving it.
My size 20 swimsuit is now gaping in various areas which led to a
hilarious &#8216;Oh no&#8217;, moment when my puppies almost fell out of the top. <br /> <br />

I&#8217;m resisting the urge to buy anything new until I&#8217;ve got near to my
goal &#8211; but the swimsuit may have to be an exception as well as the
workout leggings I wear. They are gaping too! <br /> <br />

I went swimming for 45 minutes straight. Plus I did some power walking

Debra has been great. We had a phone conversation this week and she&#8217;s
just so positive. I only wish I lived nearer to ShapelyGirl Fitness
centre. What great support that is for women like me.<br /><br />

I had a wonderful one to one with a home coach who came into my home and did cardio, strength training as well as Tai Chi. <br />
I really felt the burn but felt so wonderful doing all the moves.<br /><br />

I&#8217;ve booked him for another session next week. <br />
I also got an amazing Shiatsu Massage from him which really helped because I had started to feel a little nagging ache in the pit of my spine.<br /><br />

I&#8217;ll be writing a full review on my experience with this and the work out on my site.<br /><br />

<strong>Mid-afternoon &#8211; </strong><br />

- 1 apple<br />
- handful of nuts<br />
- 1.5 ltr bottle of water (I drank this at the gym during cardio and swimming)<br /><br />

<strong>Evening &#8211; </strong><br />

- grilled chicken and heaps of salad including onion.<br />
- 1 glass of fresh cherry juice<br />
- 1 coffee 2 sweeteners<br />
- 1 glass of water<br /><br /><br />

<strong>Exercise</strong><br />

Today was cardio but I wanted to do just an increase of time on the bike, 1 circuit of weights and then 30 minutes swimming.<br /><br />

I did all those and felt really good afterwards.<br /><br />

The bike was a strain at first because my mind was everywhere but where it should have been during the first 15 minutes but I got it together for the last 15 minutes and didn&#8217;t stop once. I&#8217;ve started to do quick 1 minute bursts (giving it all I have) then slowing down for the next minute. This is supposed to be good for fat burning cardio.<br /><br />

I cycled on level five for 45 minutes and my cal burn was 575.<br />
I want to get that up to 600 straight at the same endurance.<br /><br />

This month I&#8217;m meeting with my fabulous photographer friend, Rachel Spivey to do press pictures so that has given me even more to drive for. <br /><br />

My diet sounds boring but honestly I am not missing burgers and take-outs. My mind is in the zone and I&#8217;m not giving in. <br /><br />

I can&#8217;t coach people to achieve big life changing goals if I can&#8217;t even achieve my own. So that&#8217;s all there is to  it. I&#8217;m a fearless warrior right now. I really feel that.<br /><br />

<strong>Exercise</strong><br />

No gym today. Cancelled yoga because my day was so full &#8211; of walking.
HA I literally was walking around for most of the day. Not many
calories burned I shouldn&#8217;t think but still out in the fresh air felt good.<br /><br /> 

Tomorrow back at the gym as I really missed being there today.
No lbs lost this week. I didn&#8217;t think there would be with my huge loss
last week. I maintained which I was happy about.<br />

But beyond this week I expect to start losing and am focused for that.
My size 20 skinny jeans are falling off me. They look baggy now around
various areas of my legs. My bottom is not filling them out like it
used to. <img src='http://www.debramazda.com/modules/blog/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> <br /><br />

Have not drank enough water today. Need to keep an eye on that when I
have no gym days.<br /><br />
