Share Your Story in Our Healing Circle
Are you a woman over 25 who has survived abuse or trauma in your past?
Are you now – or have you been – significantly overweight?
Become part of a "HEALING CIRCLE of WOMEN" who will share the stories of their struggles in an effort to end the depression, anxiety and shame that drives compulsive eating.
Find the truth of who you are and a path to transformation in this safe and friendly environment. This group will give you the support and understanding you need.
The Healing Circle will begin March 12th under the direction of Debra Mazda M.Ed and meet on Saturdays at the ShapelyGirl Fitness Center near Center City Philadelphia. It is free to join with an 8 week commitment. Your privacy will be respected.
