nateandajakesmom at gmail dot com

Eileen Tien Says:

My biggest obstacle in losing weight is food! I like eating too much and have no self control when it comes to food.

Jennae @ Green Your Decor Says:

I’m not particularly active, but once I get motivated to exercise, I’m pretty faithful about it. I’m also not an overeater. In fact, my obstacle is a combination of 2 things: Not eating regularly, and that I’m addicted to junk food. I don’t eat often, and when I do, I always seem to reach for cookies or ice cream, or order in for pizza when I’m too lazy to cook. And because I’m very picky, its hard for me to find healthier foods that I like. I also need a good dose of good, old-fashioned will power.

Betty Shoemaker Says:

I don’t know if this would be make shapely, think it would take more then this

Sharon Harmon Says:

Self-esteem and self-confidence are my biggest obstacles in successfully losing weight and keeping it off. They are tied into one issue for me personally, because they have always been a big problem for me since i was a small child. Because I didn’t feel confident I could lose weight and keep it off, and since I did not feel worthy of looking pretty, no food plan or ‘diet’ was going to work. It wasn’t until I got serious therapy and read many self-help books and watched tapes and ‘walked the talk’ that I was finally able to start a program May 1, 2008, that is working successfully for me(Weight Watchers). I have lost 49 pounds so far!!! The WW program and a regular exercise program is helping a lot, BUT the biggest support has been my boost in believing in myself, more self-confidence, and a lot of kudos from my husband and friends!!! We are ALL WINNERS!!! Some of use just need help in finding it!

Joyce Jacobs Says:

I do ok with the food part, it’s the exercise part that’s an obstacle for me. I need to find a routine that’s fun, relatively uncomplicated, and effective.

Brittany W. Says:

my biggest obstacle is taking the short way out of everything. if i don’t have enough time or don’t feel like cooking and i just go get some fast food or order in. that kind of food is never healthy and weighs me down!

Karrie Says:

I have a problem becoming motivated enough to excercise

Lachelle Says:

Right now my hold up is that I have to do something either from home or take my daughter with me. I had to quit the gym since she hated the childcare there!

Bev Says:

My three biggest factors are self-esteem, motivation, and my loving family (who just doesn’t get the whole “lifestyle change” concept).

Sherri Siler Says:

My biggest obstacle is that I keep eating. I am a stresss eater and I have been stressed.

J Dee Says:

My biggest obstacle in losing weight is being an over eater. Being an overeater is a tough obstacle to overcome & it’s been tearing me apart for about a year now. I can’t bring myself to attend OA (Overeaters Annon) meetings, unfortunately. Hopefully if I am choosen as a winner, this will help me get a jump (literally!) on things! Take care & thanks!

Samantha Pruitt Says:

overeating, i just eat to much of everything! i’m getting a lot better though! i’ve been replacing the bad with the good though, so instead of eating a bunch of chips i’ll eat a bunch of grapes or whatever, a lot healthier!

JESSICA G Says:

I know it’s silly but I really do have a huge appetite, I just gotta get moving more to make up for it.

Thanks for the giveaway.

Kimberly B. Says:

My biggest obstacle is probably stress eating. I need to find a better outlet when I get sad or upset. Thanks!

Sherry Says:

Eating the wrong kind of food at the wrong time. I wait till I’m starving and then go for what’s easiest. Fast food, junk food. Eating for stress and not taking the time too plan and cook a healthy menu.

Jennifer C. Says:

Making myself exercise more is my biggest weight loss obstacle.

Ruthann Rhodes Says:

I’ve improved my eating habits but still really dislike excercising. It’s near impossible to keep up with the super fit 20 year olds on the videos and really depressing when after spending time with them I’m no closer to their fitness level than I was the month before

Roseannk_99@excite.com Says:

It’s exercise for me! I have to be motivated! I just started walking and feel much better.

Renee Says:

My biggest problem is MOVING. I am not exercising and know that I need to. I would love the video!!

Kristie Says:

I’ve been doing fairly well with the eating lately with having fresh vegetables in the garden, plus I’ve been counting calories and have lost 2/3 of the weight I want to lose. My problem is working out-I haven’t been doing much of it. I think my biggest obstacle is probably finding the time when there are so many other things to do.

S Garcia Says:

My biggest obstacle is that I get bored! I’m always trying out something new, and it works for a little while, and then I get bored and forget about it. This looks like it could be fun :)

Go Amie Says:

My biggest obstacle is definitely finding time to work out!

Terri L Says:

I can’t seem to focus on eating well and exercising at the same time.

Raych Says:

DEFinitely snacking, particularly evening snacking.

Carissa D. Says:

Mine is keeping sweets to a minimum.

karyn Says:

I love to eat. It is my weakness. I love food and even though I say I am going to stop I see my kids eating and grab some more…

Xenia Says:

My biggest obstacle is definitely staying motivated. I get on a kick that I’m going to work out but it fades away and I make excuses about not having the time or the energy. That combined with not-so-healthy eating and the weight never comes off! Thanks!

Suanne Giddings Says:

My biggest obstacle in losing weight is my deep love of good tasting food - not necessarily sweets. It is hard to stay motivated when you do not like the food you have to eat. I am not big into covering up my food with herbs and spices - which I have found to be the case for “diet/healthy” foods.
Thank you for such a useful giveaway.

Betty C Says:

My biggest obstacle is junk food. I eat on the run and fill in between with candy and chips.

Annette Says:

I think my biggest obstacle is my kids. I can’t ever seem to find time to exercise, and then when I do, they climb on me. Thanks for entering me!

Christina Dorner Says:

My biggest challenge is the weekends. I am so good during the week, but starting on Friday night I am an enitrely different person!

kathy pease Says:

no matter how hard i try by the end of the day i always end up saying i will start tomorrow

Deb Wallin Says:

I do great during the week, but blow it on the weekend when I am at home.

Kendra Gillilan Says:

keeping motivated to exercise ! I have lost 40 pounds though and proud of that !

Veronica Garrett Says:

My biggest obstacle is sticking with my workout regimen.

Emily N. Says:

Boredom. I always start out well with working out and eating less, then I get bored and start slacking on my diet and exercise.

Donna Kozar Says:

It is hard to get started. I am so busy that I eat on the run.

Lily Kwan Says:

having the motivation to get started

Stacie R. Says:

I have a hard time getting motivated to exercise. I’ll be sitting on the couch thinking, “I SHOULD go walk the dog” or “I SHOULD go for a bike ride” but that’s the end of it. I stay seated on the couch. I eat right but I just can’t get off my butt!

missesmm Says:

My BIGGEST obstacle is my big ole behind and lack of motivation to get off of it! Its so much easier to pack on the weight than to take it off. :(

Sherry C Says:

Emotional eating

Alice Hansen Says:

For me its just sticking with a plan for longer than a week. I have lots of plans and I do them for a while, but keeping with it is so hard! Thanks for the chance!

Renee Green Says:

Willpower and motivation. I seem to have none. I also subscribed to your RSS reader through google.

Caryn B Says:

My biggest obstacle is time. I have a little boy and it’s difficult to get away and have my husband watch him while I go work out.

Annmarie Weeks Says:

The hardest thing for me is finding the motivation to exercise. There always seems to be so many other things to do first!
