We are excited to announce the first ever ShapelyGirl Giveaway! This week we will be giving away two (2) copies of the latest ShapelyGirl Workout DVD entitled “Lets Get Moving!”. All you need to do to enter to win is leave a comment below and tell us one thing you would like to know about fitness, dieting or nutrition. On Monday September 15th, we will randomly select two winners and will contact them to arrange for shipping (we will take care of shipping costs).

#1 - I didn’t know this kind of workout DVD was available. Even if I don’t win, I may actually buy this. My physique has fallen so hard that when I try group classes, I often overheat so quickly that I nearly pass out - after only 5-10 minutes of what others would consider medium-impact cardio!!!! It’s so frustrating!

#2 - Here’s my entry: I diet, I exercise, and I lose - SUCCESSFULLY. After 20-40 pounds of loss (I need to lose 150), I start sabotaging myself. I binge on chocolate, I neglect exercise. Some insight on the psychology of weight loss would be great, because I seem to have difficulty - when facing SUCCESS! :(
